Cheolmin Kim is an architectural designer based in London and Seoul, having graduated from The Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL) with an MArch Architecture (ARB/RIBA Part II) and from the University of Brighton with a BArch Architecture (ARB/RIBA Part I).

Interested in material, structural, and spatial experimentation at a range of scales, he develops unexpected and highly original designs, each distinct from the others. He is interested in exploring the potential of a project’s existing site to uncover the interplay between the building and its environment. He believes architecture is not about form. It is about the interpretation of the outcome of a specific site or place through material relationships.

Between academia and practice, he honed his ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. With his academic achievements, strong design skills, practical experience, and passion for architecture, he is confident he can deliver significant value and outcomes.
